Needing her own "feel good arsenal" to help her through postpartum depression, Julie, from Up, Up Creative, devised a Feelgood List. To help herself feel better, Julie created a checklist of things she knew she needed to accomplish daily and weekly during those early months of motherhood . Luckily (for new moms everywhere), Julie now sells these printable, customizable lists on her Etsy shop.
Oh how I wish I had a Feelgood List during those early months of motherhood-- when I felt I had lost control over every aspect of my life. I could have benefited greatly from the chance to feel like I had accomplished something other than nursing a newborn (even though that was an accomplishment).
Buy one for yourself and one for a new mom in your life. We all need the reminder to take care of ourselves (at least once in a while).

how cool!
What a great idea! Although Emily is nearing a year old(!), I would love to see a Feelgood List for the wife of a deployed soldier! It's hard to remember something as simple as a shower when you're worrying about your hubby and taking care of the kids.
Maybe a red, white, and blue, stars and stripes theme:-)
That is definitely a good idea - my daughter is 4 months old now and I think I could do with that feel good list now!
I might try to buy some of these for a baby shower I am going to - will see how quickly they can ship to Australia.
Karen: I know that she does customize them (somewhat) Why don't you send her a convo through Etsy and see if it would work? That's a brilliant idea!
Red Deer: They're printable so there's no wait at all! Isn't that awesome? :)
This is such a great idea. I don't have kids, but I can imagine this would be super for a new mom. Almost seems like nowadays we all need a "feel good" list to check off, no?
this is a great idea (for anyone.) I love the idea of adding things like "play a game", "read a book", "do something creative", etc on my To Do list.
Thanks for the link!
ooooooooo! i want one!
