Jonah and the Whale

Have I mentioned how much I love creating birth announcements? This particular one is for an adorable little guy named Jonah. His parents wanted a whale-themed announcement which read "Oh Boy! Someone New to Love." How sweet and how true is that?



I gave them a couple of color options but I think we all agreed that this one, with a beautiful shade of little-boy-blue, navy and red sets the perfect tone for the occasion. The matching note cards create a perfect set.



PS. While I'm doing some horn-tooting, that's one stinkin' cute little whale I drew for them too.
